Finding a good lawyer to defend someone accused of murder may be difficult to find in some cases since the lawyer knows they may be defending someone who did the crime. Defending someone who may be guilty of murder, especially murder of a child would require someone who is dedicated to the "fair trial" concept and to the idea that the burden is on the prosecution to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt.
